     For Home Buyers or Sellers
If you are already a home owner, a home inspection may be used to identify problems in the making and to learn preventive measures which might avoid costly future repairs. If you are planning to sell your home, you may wish to have an inspection prior to placing your home on the market. This will give you a better understanding of conditions which may be discovered by the buyer's inspector, and an opportunity to make repairs that will put the house in better selling condition.

What is a Home Inspection ?
A home inspection is a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas and normal operation of systems and components.  The inspection is not technically exhaustive and is non intrusive and non destructive, which means systems are not disassembled and no holes are cut in any part of the structure.  Our inspections will be performed in compliance with the The American Society of Home Inspectors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.  The duration of the inspection will vary with the size, age, and condition of the home, for an average home you should plan on 2 to 3 hours.

       Personal Attention
We encourage you to attend the home inspection.  In addition to explaining their concerns, our inspectors will educate you on the operation and maintenance of the homes components.  Repair and maintenance notes will appear in the report but you may want to take some personal notes.

             Experience
Our inspectors are among the most experienced in the industry with thousand's of inspections performed.  We are certified members of The American Society of Home Inspectors and members of The New Jersey Chapter.  We are licensed by the State of New Jersey for Radon testing, and Pesticide application.  We are also New Jersey Pest Control Association Credentialed Wood Destroying Insect Inspectors.

 Clear and Concise Reports
Our state of the art hand held inspection system provides you with an easy to read narrative report which details all major systems and structures.  A summary report is printed at the inspection providing you with a list of the inspectors concerns for discussion.  A complete narrative report will be faxed to your attorney and Real Estate agent within 24 hours.
